Logline:

After removing the U.S. Navy from the island, Zaida Torres and others continue to fight for justice in Vieques, Puerto Rico amid the rising threat of displacement. After years of protesting, the Viequenses have made their mission clear, this is their home and they are not leaving. 

Synopsis:

The U.S. Navy occupied two-thirds of the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico to use as a bombing range for 60 years and displaced the residents of Vieques. After protesting and removing the Navy from the island in 2003, residents continue to experience displacement, and their third of the island has become the new battleground.
