Logline:
An ironic portrait of fascism that uses archival footage of a pig slaughter to reduce the “Great Leader” to his ultimate truth: dead weight.
Synopsis:
Through archival footage of a pig slaughter, the film constructs an ironic portrait of fascism, drawing a deliberately unsettling parallel between the ritualised spectacle of power and the brutal mechanics of slaughter. As the imagery unfolds, the myth of the “Great Leader” is stripped of its grandeur, leaving behind only the physical and symbolic weight of a body reduced to its most basic truth: dead weight.
