Synopsis:
Riker’s Island is a stain on NYC. This film explores the movement to shut down the USA’S largest jail complex. RIKERS horrendous history led advocates and directly impacted people to force former NYC’s Mayor Bill De’Blasio to give the island an expiration date of August 31st 2027.
